How we look after your information

The Resonance Project is run by Miles Chapman, who is responsible for the personal information described on this page.

When you join our mailing list or get in touch, you share information with The Resonance Project. This page explains what we use it for, who helps us handle it and how you can stay in control.

THE INFORMATION WE USE

Mailing list and messages

If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address and a record of your signup and confirmation. We use these details, with your consent, to send occasional news about discoveries, performances, recordings and projects. MailerLite manages the list and sends our emails. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email. If you contact us, we use your address and message to reply and manage our correspondence.

HOW WE HANDLE IT

Services and retention

MailerLite manages our mailing list and sends our emails. Framer hosts this website, and our email provider handles messages you send us. These services may process information outside the UK, with safeguards where required. We keep your details while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we may retain a limited record to respect that choice. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer and follow up on your enquiry.

STAY IN CONTROL

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, request its deletion or restriction, or object to certain uses. You can withdraw your mailing-list consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email. For privacy questions or requests, email us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
